Grok Bot 0.46.0 added a Usage & Billing screen that shows your weekly usage and plan. The chat warns you when you're close to your weekly limit, and you can set a monthly on-demand limit.

Cursor's help center explains the two pools. Weekly usage is included and resets every week. If on-demand is on, extra usage is billed through Cursor and counts toward the on-demand monthly limit. If it's off, Grok Bot stops until the weekly reset.
