Grok BotReleases
Routines can start from Teams, Linear, Sentry, and PagerDuty
Version 0.17.0, the oldest build on the official changelog, also caps a stalled connector at three minutes.
Grok Bot 0.17.0, out Aug 12, lets a Bot create routines that start from a Microsoft Teams message, a Linear issue, a Sentry alert, or a PagerDuty incident. It is the oldest version listed on SpaceXAI's Grok Bot changelog.
Why it matters#
If your team tracks work in Linear, Sentry, PagerDuty, or Microsoft Teams, a Bot can now start on its own when something lands there. The new three-minute connector timeout also stops one stalled app from holding up the rest of a task.
Everything in 0.17.0#
New#
- Teams: Members with a Standard seat on a self-serve team can use Grok Bot through a linked SuperGrok Heavy subscription.
Improved#
- Routines: A Bot can create routines that start from a Microsoft Teams message, a Linear issue, a Sentry alert, or a PagerDuty incident.
- Auto-review: It now asks before a Bot runs a task you didn't ask for.
- Pull requests: Links open where you or your team chose, or on GitHub if neither has chosen.
Fixed#
- Sidebar: The account row opens the account menu, even during setup.
- Status: A Bot stops showing that it's working once a background task finishes.
- Connectors: A connector that stops responding times out after three minutes, so the Bot can carry on.
- Computer: Update Grok Bot's Computer finishes, and keeps file permissions and shortcuts.
- Avatars: Picking a shape or color keeps a picture you added until you press Set avatar.
