Email and Slack drafts you approve first

A Bot writes the message as a card, and you Send or Discard it.

EmailConnectors

Grok Bot 0.45.0 lets a Bot write an email or Slack message as a draft for you to review, then Send or Discard. The @bot account showed the drafts off on Sep 9.

Enterprise admins got a related control in the same build. They can require Auto-review and add team-wide Auto-Review Rules, which members see marked Required by your admin.

Drafts later became optional per Bot. Version 0.64.0 added Disable drafts for this Bot, so that Bot sends messages directly until you ask it to turn drafts back on.
