Wish: connect more than one Gmail mailbox at once
Two people asked for a personal and a work Gmail side by side. The help center says Gmail connects one mailbox at a time.
The ask: keep more than one Gmail mailbox connected at the same time.
Who wants it (2 askers):
- @pairothecat, Oct 3: "Allow bot to connect with more than one Gmail account."
- @shutup_travis, Oct 8: "Multiple Gmail accounts signed in simultaneously."
Why: people keep work and personal mail apart.
Workaround today: "Gmail connects one mailbox at a time," per Cursor's help center. Since v0.68.0, drafts can go out from a verified Gmail send-as address. Since Oct 9, you can also claim a separate Bot email address. Plugins like Notion take a second account; see our second account tip.
