Wish: ratings and reviews for marketplace Bots

Three people asked for a way to rate Bot templates or see how many people use them.

The ask: let people rate Bots in the marketplace and see how many people use each one.

Who wants it (3 askers):

@EthPrincessBish, Sep 4, asked whether Bots will get "human-verified reviews."
@zuoyou_ai, Sep 14, asked for a rating system that "shows each Bot’s rating and number of users." The same text was posted several times; we count it once.
@JarretW, Oct 6: "Can you add a way to rate a @bot Template from the marketplace?"

Why: zuoyou_ai says it "would make it easier to discover the best Bots while also motivating more creators."

Workaround today: none in the marketplace. Our Top bots page ranks templates by public evidence.
